As you can see Dollar dropped a bit so my upside targets for bitcoin and Chainlink were hit after price pump. Notice the Dollar pushed back up to top of wedge and oil got rejected at orange ring. Within the next 6hrs we cross a pivot ring which could send the dollar up and the NYSE & BTC down.
