Robots are showing the roles they will have in the future at the World AI Conference in Shanghai, China's artificial intelligence expo.

China has set its sights on building a domestic AI industry worth nearly $150 billion in the next few years and of becoming the leading AI power by 2030.

300 - mostly domestic - companies are showcasing their latest artificial intelligence products, from basic chip manufacturing to core algorithm development and the application of big data. They include innovations in health-care, personal/home services and capabilities of completing tasks you'd normally expect a human to do like making coffee.
