CRX with AI Vision Inspection
A FANUC CRX-10iA collaborative robot equipped with AI iRVision inspects batteries. Battery cells are placed on a table for inspection. The AI vision system compares example images to actual parts. The compiled image data creates a strong basis for comparison resulting in accurate inspection without requiring a time-consuming setup. AI vision inspection can accurately find errors resulting in better quality control and part consistency.
AI iRVision requires no external PC since it is a member of the iRVision family of integrated vision products, and housed directly on FANUC’s robot controller. AI iRVision is ideal for a variety of manufacturing inspection processes, such as checking for part presence and accuracy.
